i dunno whether you will be reading this or not. but oh wells. whats the squad becoming? everybody leaving one by one. poo. we dun blame you or anything. but passion for something needs time to build it up, it wun be like *poof* and be there already. we know the reasons why you want to quit and what has made you stay till now is squadmates. so why not try to stay a little more and give yourself a chance to get over the barrier. we dont deny that its hard. its hard on everyone. drills. scoldings. everyone in the squad is facing that. remember that you dont stand alone in np. everybody will be there for you. no offence to the cca you are thinking of joining, but its really true that the cca is an individual cca. in np, we have fun as a squad, we take scoldings as a squad, everything is done as a squad. dont think that you are pulling the squad down. you are definitely not. we can see the effort you have put in. we can see that. all of us can see that you are trying really hard. so why not give yourself a chance and prove it to yourself that you can do it? you need to prove it to yourself before you can prove it to your family members. squadmates. arent they enough to make you stay through the whole journey? its only the start of the journey, and you are going to give up halfway, issit worth it? stay on, for the sake of squadmates.
